Shipping Policy
All payments must be promptly processed. If you have a question about your order, please click on the Contact Us icon which is found at the bottom of the page to send us a message. All orders are processed within 1-3 Business days (week-ends are excluded) then when we ship the items it will take 3 to 5 business days to reach at buyer's destination. Before placing an order, we advise our customers to read about our policies. Once orders are already shipped we have no control over them, as a result we will not be able to cancel it for you. After orders are shipped, we will provide the tracking number so our customers can track their orders. We ship during our normal business hours from Monday-Friday eastern standard time. We're closed on week-ends because we take this time off to worship our God and spend time with family.
