Shop Policy
All payments must be promptly processed. If you have a question about your order, please click on the Contact Us icon which is found at the bottom of the page to send us a message. All orders are processed within 1-3 Business days (week-ends are excluded) then when we ship the items it will take 5 to 10 business days to reach at buyer's destination. Before placing an order, we advise our customers to read about policies. Once orders are already shipped, we have no control over them, as a result we will not be able to cancel it for you. After orders are shipped, we will provide the tracking number so our customers can track their orders.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
We do not offer exchange. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are not responsible for items that are marked Delivered and you do not receive the package.
For damage packages you will be asked to file a claim with the carrier. You can still email us with a photo of the box and the product (s) that were damages. We will direct you to the next step. For missing or wrong items please notify us via email within 24-72 hours of receiving your package so we can help with your concern. Please note any missing or wrong items reported after this time period will not be replaced.
